Costa Rica, here I come.

Today we leave for a two week tour of Costa Rica, so if I am conspicuous by my absence on your blogs, I’m sure you’ll understand. I’ll try to pop in when I can, and may even do a few posts if the internet access allows.We are touring east coast, west coast and the Arenal Volcano. From the itinerary, it looks like somewhat of an eco trip,  as we’ll be learning about  hummingbirds, coffee, bananas and my very best; lots of local EEEK!! INSECTS. I’m packing a couple of cans of bug spray, just in case the bugs want to learn more about me. 😯

We will miss the Thanksgiving celebrations at our club, but here are a few pics of my neighbour’s garden down the road. They always decorate appropriately for every occasion.

  1. Wherever we are, we will carry with us the spirit and joys of Thanksgiving. Costa Rica adventure trip sounds exciting. I heard from friends who went there how beautiful, exotic and fun it is. Wishing you an amazing time ahead!

  2. Have a safe trip & enjoy Costa Rica!
    I went there once on business. It rained the whole two days that I was there. Womp, womp, womp.
    Happy Thanksgiving to you too. {Hugs}

  3. I’ve been missing your blog, not aware that you had moved. I breathlessly await the travelogue on Costa Rica, where we have yet to travel but have long dreamed of visiting. Maybe soon, so will read your Costa Rica comments with great interest.

    • Thanks, Paula. It just so happens that the time has come when we have to renew our 90 days travel visa for the USA. We have to leave the country and then we can come back for another 90 days. Costa Rica sounded like a good idea. 🙂
