Ailsa has invited us to get ‘Fresh’ this week, for her Travel Theme. These fresh cut flowers seemed to nicely fit the bill.
Of course, you might think it a bit odd if I didn’t include a few edible pics, so here are some fresh and tasty images. Let’s start with the healthiest ones.
Now for the not quite so healthy.
Of course, life isn’t all about eating, is it? One needs some exercise too. These surfers were doing just great, but are having to tread water, because they are fresh out of waves.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my fresh images; a bit of healthy, a bit of not so healthy, and some exercise thrown in at the deep end.

Great take on the theme AD 🙂
Thanks, Chris P. 🙂
A very yummy post!
Mmmm. I could definitely do that visit again. 🙂
That Panini was calling my name! FRESH !
Hahaha. Sorry, Kathryn; it called my name first. 😀
Hehe , yes it did.
The panini sounds so good. But Yeti’s Best 😀 looks inviting. 🙂
You can have one of each, Rommel. 🙂
Such irresistible examples Sylvia!! 🙂
I agree with you, Madhu. I didn’t resist. 😀
I feel like I can pick one of those fruits and vegetables.
They look really good. A great selection of FRESH things.
: )
Thanks, Issy. Glad you enjoyed my fresh stuff. 🙂
Great pictures – so colorful and cheery!
Thanks, Meg. Glad you enjoyed. 🙂
I love the wholeness of this post, and the last photo – fresh out of waves! – really added to it! Lovely, re-fresh-ing post Sylvia 🙂 xx
Thanks so much, Sherri. Love your comment. 😀 ♥
😀
These are gorgeous illustrations of “fresh”. I’d love the fresh vegetables and freshly baked goods. 🙂
Thanks, Imelda. So glad you enjoyed the feast. 🙂
Hard to believe, I know, but I’ve only been in a Starbucks to use the restroom! 😉
Hehehe……..That’s another great reason for going there. 🙂
I just love those orange bell peppers (and the red ones too), they’re supposed to be brilliant for the complexion 😉
But I just can’t go past that chocolate mousse cake with a dollop of fresh cream 😀
Well, I’m a firm believer in the saying, “A little of what you fancy, does you good.” 😀
I think they all are healthy in different ways 🙂
That’s exactly what hubby’s argument is. He says that all food is nutritious, and therefore must be healthy. 🙂
A superb reportage
Thanks so much. 🙂
The herb garden is an inspiration.
Isn’t it just beautiful? 🙂
I just had one of those Starbucks panini sandwiches yesterday! Quite tasty!
Be careful not to get too addicted, Phil.
We have the Starbucks gold card and quite often qualify for free rewards including those sandwiches. So I guess that means we go there fairly frequently. 🙂
I must look into getting myself one of those magic cards when we get back to Florida.
A wonderful selection for the this theme but I kind of got hung up on the chocolate mousse! lol
Thanks so much. Yes, that cake was very yummy indeed. I remember it well. 🙂
Prices look dear. Dollars? In SA? Like the flowers. My paninis never looked like that. Are you sure that is panini? 😀
The $ pics were taken in Florida. Prices here in SA are comparable. Yes, this is an American Panini, and I adore them. 🙂
Hmm… it’s time for lunch. 🙂
Always. 😆
Divinely fresh!
Thanks, Cindy. 🙂
lovely pictures of the theme! saturday’s breakfast looks yummm! 🙂
Thanks, Lola. Yes, it was very yummm. 🙂
How beautiful to watch them 🙂 Thank you dear AD, love, nia
Thank you, Nia. Glad you enjoyed. 🙂 xx
A perfect balance 🙂
Thank you, Gilly. I try my best. 😀

Thanks, Yvette. 🙂
Great mix of freshness 🙂
Glad you liked it, Seonaid. 🙂
