BEAUTIFUL – Just like YOU dear Sylvia! ❤
Thanks so much for your sweet comment, RoSy. 🙂 xx
I knew you’d have a soppy one! 🙂 🙂 Hope you had a lovely day, Ad. How goes the house?
You know me well, Jo. 🙂 Yes, we had a great day and evening. The house is going well. All the new windows are in, and hubby is working like a beaver.
Did you both sit down in that chair? 🙂 Pretty photos.
Thanks, Marion. i didn’t dare sit on it, as I’m sure it was just for show. 🙂
Beautiful photos and quotes Sylvia. And a clever combination of the two themes. Love the quirky chairs 🙂
Thanks, Madhu. 🙂
I love the chairs, and quirky they are, but perfect for this post. 🙂 Wonder what they are doing now that Valentine’s Day is over. Do you think they will be green in March? 🙂
Well, it wasn’t Valentine’s Day when I photographed them. I think the red is a permanent thing. At least it’s right for both Christmas and Valentine’s. 🙂
Well phoey on them. Not really. I loved them. What a bright and unique piece of furniture.
Wow! I nearly missed your beautiful Valentine post. I’ve been away only now catching up. Stunning photos, and I love the quotes too:-)
Thanks, Cocoa. Always great to see you. 🙂 xx
Love and romance is in the air as I watch these beautiful images. Belated Happy Valentine’s Day to you my friend. Wishing you and your family lots of love, joy and peace always.

It does indeed Sylvia. The gardeners can be very creative too, evidentally! 🙂
Absolutely, and were hard at work when we visited. 🙂
The flower arrangement is stunning! I hope hubby spoilt you for Valentine’s Day 😉
Thanks. Yes he did, but then he spoils me every day. 🙂

Thanks so much, Stefan. 🙂
What a cute love seat and gorgeous flowers of course!
Thanks, Gilly. 🙂
So romantic and amazing!
Thanks, Marylou. 🙂
You’re so romantic, Sylvia. All Mister and I have done is to exchange cards! But he’s in favour, as he has gone out to buy me some flower seeds this afternoon, armed with a list of plants that slugs and snails hate. So in theory, I will eventually get some flowers but not today!
Well, I think your Mister has done his part very well. Those flowers when they bloom, will remind you of Valentine’s Day. I’m also not feeling love for slugs and snails. 🙂
And if they’re planted in the ground rather than sitting in a vase, hopefully they’ll last longer unless the slugs and snails evolve and change their taste in plants!
The bouquet of flowers is stunning!
Thanks, Colline. 🙂
This is wonderful!
Thanks, Dawn. 🙂
Beautiful, very creative for Valentine’s and the photo challenge. Happy Valentine’s Day Sylvia ❤ xx

I like those two poems sweet! Happy Valentine’s Day.
Thanks o much, YC 🙂
Beautiful finds for the symmetry.
Thank you. 🙂
You can never go wrong with an Oscar wilde quote. Lovely selection of photos. Are the chairs Mackintosh? Or at least in that style?
Absolutely agree with you, Kate. One can always rely on Oscar. 🙂 The chairs do look a lot like Mackintosh. They were in the Oyster Box Hotel in Umhlanga Rocks. They have lots of quirky pieces.
