Five Photos, Five Stories #3: Under the Boardwalk

Elaine of  ‘I used to be indecisive’ blog, has nominated me to do the ‘5 Photos, 5 Stories’ challenge. Yesterday I showed you my two granddaughters getting acquainted with Mr. Leo, but just a bit further along, there was someone else waiting to greet them. This was something they hadn’t seen before, and they were so fascinated by his scaly body and cute smile.

Today, I would like to nominate Carol of ‘Which Way Now’ blog. She posts photos from her extensive travels, which I’m sure you’ll find really interesting.

The challenge is quite simply to “post a photo each day for five consecutive days and attach a story to the photo. It can be fiction or non-fiction, a poem or a short paragraph and each day nominate another blogger for the challenge”. Of course there’s no obligation to do the challenge,; only if you would like to join in.

  1. Wow. What luck to be able to get shots like this and yet…were it me, even on the boardwalk which you say is safely above, I would’ve picked up those granddaughters and run like the wind!

  2. what a great shot, Sylvia but i think it’s a little too close 🙂 looks like Mr A is well behaved giving your girls just a faint smile 🙂

    • I think he’s so used to being photographed that he has a permanent smile especially for the Paparazzi, just to make everyone believe that he’s a really affable guy and quite harmless. 🙂
