Shelley needs a sip of nectar or a bite of a bug to get her groove back! π A perfect wordless Wednesday since I had a few posters on my high school walls, this, the Desiderata and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were the memorable ones. I always felt we need to speak our minds! π
Happy Wednesday Sylvia! Love Shelley – great shot. Just fished one out of our pool the other day and happily carried her to the pond across the street.
My husband caught him with the net and I had to carry him across the street.
Was he quite a small one? I would have carried him over in the net. π
He was medium and big enough to have had a healthy spray if I wasn’t too careful. I’ve carried bigger ones, but this one was a feisty guy – was difficult to catch, kept flying back n’ forth across the pool. Very funny to watch ~
I bet you were just as much fun to watch, trying to snag him. π
Hi, Shelley!
Very nice shot although it looks as though the subject has had it with paparazzi.
Thanks, John. She was not amused. π

Thanks, Mary. No, I wouldn’t want to go swimming with one either. Glad you rescued her/him. π
