Your animal shots are always a pleasure to see but this one really gave me a chuckle. As many as we have here in Florida, I’m really glad that they can’t fly. π
Oh yes, thank goodness they can’t fly. Can you just imagine? π―
Lizzie’s in a tizzy!
Haha…..she certainly is. π
Let’s hope she doesn’t get dizzy. π―
Fantastic! π
Thanks, Lisa. π
I certainly wish I was as agile as Lizzie! Oh the things i would see and do. have a great weekend Sylvia.
Thanks, Sue. Me too. π
Whenever there’s a lizard on a screen, my fur kids try to catch them.
They’re totally indoor cats. They can’t understand why they can’t get them.
It’s fun to watch. Nice capture … π
Thanks, Izzy. Mine are more in danger from the great egret who prowls around our backyard. π
I had no idea the Egrets eat them. Thanks for the info. Nature is fascinating. Have a wonderful weekend β¦ Be Safe

You were at the right time, the right place for this amazing capture, Sylvia. Serendipity gives us the best gifts. LOVE it!

One word— YIKES!!! π
That is a really long tail! Cool photo, but I would probably shriek if I saw it.
She might not have wings, but that tail is mightily long!
Thanks, Gerrie. I hope so too. He would be quite a tasty morsel for some of egrets around here. π
Amazing photo Sylvia .. I hope the lizard gets to his destination..ππ
Very creative! It looks like she jumps up high like a ninja.
Thanks, YC. Yes, exactly like a flying ninja. π
At first I thought the lizard was flying! Nice shot, but please keep her away from me. We had geckos everywhere in my house when growing up, but I never warmed to their kind.
No, not allowed in my house at all. π I love to watch them, but only outside.
I had one on my front windshield the other day that just would not ley go. It finally jumped off when I was doing 60 on the highway.
Theyβre quite plucky little critters, arenβt they. He probably was just hitching a ride. π
Love your animal shots! Your yard (and patio) is full of fauna treasures. π
Thanks, Liesbet. Yes, there are lots of critters everywhere. More than I’ll ever know, I’m sure. π
Thatβs so cute! What a great capture. π
Thanks, Lynette. Couldnβt resist. π
Go Lizzie! Hmmm… maybe I should try mesh flying too! π
