The theme for Debbie’s ‘One Word Sunday’ this week, is ‘Reflection’.
Here’s a double version of Mervin Muscovy in a tearing hurry, scooting along the lake outside my bathroom window.

This cute Blue-winged Teal looks as though he ate at least double the amount of lunch that he should have.

Thank you all for the wonderful response to my last week’s ‘One Word Sunday – Old’. I relayed your good wishes to Kathleen, my Mom-in-law and although she has no idea how social media works, she expressed her delight and gratitude. She said, “I don’t know why I’m still here at 108, but I’m not complaining.”

Thanks so much, dear Lola. Happy weekend to you too. 🤗
Don’t know why I’m still here either Sylvia, but sure happy I have
your posts to gander at now and then, have a great day!
🤗
Love your description of Mervin Muscovy. Maybe he was in a hurry to his next meal, or late to a date. Blue-winged Teal looks adorable, seems to be minding his own business. Your mother-in-law seems to have a great sense of humour 💕 Hope this week is going well for you, Sylvia 😊
Thanks so much for your lovely comment, Mabel. 🙂 You have a great week too.
Oh, that bathroom window!!! 😉
I love the views! xoxo
Thanks, Marina. It has magical properties. 🙂
Oh, I know!!! 😉😘
Still the best view from your Bathroom window!
Thanks, Ute. Especially now it’s sparkling c lean. 🙂
I love the second duck. My sister-in-law had a very cute shiny ornamental duck like that, and our kids loved it when they were little.
Thanks, Gerrie. I also have a shiny duck ornament. He sits with two larger wooden ones. 🙂
That second duck looks like she’s ready to burst!
Haha. You’re right, Carol. 😅
So cute, especially the last one 🙂
Thanks, YC. 😀
Beautiful reflections, Sylvia. I just love your MIL! Thanks for sharing her photos on FB. I really enjoyed them. xo
Thanks, dear Jill. I’m so happy you enjoyed the photos and video. 😘
Double duck! Great reflections.
Thanks, Ruth. 😀
You have the best bathroom window, Sylvia. It’s magical the way it brings these wonderful moments to you. Kathleen has a marvelous understanding of time. “I don’t know why I’m still here at 108, but I’m not complaining.” I don’t think that Kathleen ever complained even in the most difficult of times. I enjoyed being part of the celebration. Thank you for you kind invitation – it made my day pure sunshine.
Thanks so much, Rebecca. My magical bathroom window was cleaned today (by Chris), so that I can see my wild friends more clearly.
Kathleen is a very gracious lady. I’m so fortunate to have a mom-in-law who is so easy to get along with. We’re very good friends.
Very beautiful. I love reflections.
Thanks, Dawn. Me too. 🙂
Loved your MIL’s response!
She’s always very positive. 🙂
And that’s why she has survived so well
