Here’s another entry for BeckyB’s October ‘Lines and squares challenge’.
Our local mall has a carousel which always grabs my attention when we walk past. It’s been many years since I rode one of those horses.
“Life is like a carousel. Sometimes you’re up and sometimes you’re down, but still you keep on going round and round. The most important thing is to enjoy the ride.”
Wishing you all a great week.
I love a carousel – especially the ones with horses on them.
Me too. I wonder whether I’m to old to ride on one. 😅
You are never too old for a carousel!
Okay; you first. 😀
I like the saying and the photo.
If you find going round and round arduous there always the music to enjoy.

You & John Lennon: “. . . no longer riding on the merry-go-round . . . I just had to let it go” 😛
Good shot for the challenge
Thanks, Nancy. I wish John Lennon hadn’t jumped off the merry-go-round so soon. 😦
I know what you mean.
You see a lot of carousels in Europe but not that many here at home anymore. They bring back lots of nice memories of youthful fun.
Thanks, Karen. Yes, they do. 🙂
Your quote hit home, Sylvia. Thank you!!
Thanks, AmyRose. Wishing you a wonderful day.; ❤
There is something special about those old looking Merry Go Around.
I agree, Otto. They evoke an air of nostalgia for good times past.
Great words of advice, and what fun to have a carousel in the mall!
