I would love to see someone try to take it away from him! This is what happens when ‘kind’ humans feed wild animals; they learn to like and also to steal.
You’re so right about that, Kay. Today, we accidentally left our lounge door open just a fraction, and in two shakes of a monkey’s tail, they had got in and stolen an avocado, two slices of bread from the toaster, and a packet of breakfast cereal from the closed cupboard. They are so smart and crafty. They left an awful mess everywhere. 😯

Great shot! What ever the little guy has in his hand, I wouldn’t try to take it away from him. 🙂
Thanks, John. No, he’s quite welcome to keep his orange peel. 🙂
I wonder what’s got his attention.
Maybe another monkey on its way to grab his prize. 😕
he is one happy camper with a mischievous look 🙂
Absolutely. 🙂

Great shot, is it eating a mango? #silentsunday
Thanks so much. I think it’s the remains of an orange. 🙂
Great shot, I love how the monkey’s looking around to make sure no one can take it off him.
Thank you. Yes, I guess there’s a lot of competition for delicacies such as this. 🙂

They can look adorable but given numbers they can be a nuisance foraging our kitchens!

Naughty beasties! I miss their antics, but not the way they would come into my flat to look for food.

Ouch!
I was not impressed at all. 😦
I am wondering what the object in the monkey hand is. Orange peel?
Yes I’m sure it was orange peel. It most probably started out as a whole orange in someone’s fruit bowl. 🙂
