Today dawned bright and sunny, and through my bathroom window I spied three little cuties.
Flopsy and Mopsy are newbies here, and were busy nibbling the grass. I took several photos through the window and then went to quietly open the sliding glass door to get a better shot, but their hearing is so acute with those big ears, and they were off in a flash.
Sammy was looking very bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. I wonder what his plans are for the weekend. I’m so tempted to put some more bird seed out for him so that I can watch his antics. I’m sure he would be delighted.
Have a great weekend. Hubby is steadily painting his way around the place with the primer. It’s all looking very……..white.
happy to hear you’re house in near completion! π the newbies are cute! π
Thanks, Lola. π
you have all the woodland animals!
I’d like to see a hedgehog now… and a toad (who else was in wind in the willows?) A badger?
“A toad”……….watch this space. π
we have jackrabbits and Gray squirrels! Plus some deer too! Have a great day!

Thanks so much for your visit, Kath. π
You live in a lively neighborhood. lol
Never a dull moment, Dawn. π
LOL…I see that.
Gorgeous bunnies! Painting completed by now? π
Thanks so much, Oh no, the panting will take quite a lot of time. We still have to choose the colours, and it’s a very big area. π
Your last photo is over-stunning!
Love this post!!
Thanks so much, Anna. π
Flopsy and Mopsy are very cute.
Yes they are. π
I know squirrels can be a nuisance, but Sammy does look pretty cute!
He’s adorable. π
Flossy and Mopsy are cute, but gardens tremble. π©
janet
Hehehe There’s not much for them to spoil here, as it mostly grass and palm trees. π
You are really fortunate to have so many friends in your garden! Beautiful!
They do add some interest, and fortunately do very little harm. π
Very white means very close to completion! Love the new additions to the wildlife center. π
Yes it does look very hopeful. Still lots to do, but not so much dust now. π
Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘when the dust settles’.
Our yards do have something in common: bunnies! We’re loaded with them, much to every gardener’s chagrin. π¦
You can send me a few more if you like. π
Cute little buddies! Sounds like progress, primer is a good sign the end is in sight.
Thanks, Patti. Yes, the end is in sight. π
Lovely animals around you ans top photo’s
Thanks, Marylou. π
I just love that bushy tail, Sylvia π
Yes me too. Dianne. Sometimes it looks quite scraggly, but today it was glorious. π
They are so cute. You are so good at coming up with and very cute names! They just make these little cuties personalities.
Yes they are, and I stole the bunnies’ names from The Beatrix Potter ‘Peter Rabbit’ stories. π
These warm-blooded bunnies with the adorable Mr. Sammy just brought my face into a broad smile. Floppy and Mopsy are so cute! I am glad their ears are so sensitive since they could become victims of dogs or cats, even, if they weren’t. (Or alligators. . .) Have a great rest of the weekend. π
That makes me smile too. Robin. Perish the thought that the sweet bunnies should get eaten by Mr. A. π¦
Cute. Of course you know about bunnies 2 today more tomorrow. thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the smiles. Pamela. π
Happy New Friends, Sylvia. Cute!
Thanks, Tom. The more the merrier. π
If he made it green you could have the animals in your kitchen and living room, They would feel delighted and invited…
How wonderful that would be! π
Bunnies!
Always smile inducing . . . unless they’re in Mr. McGregor’s garden!
Well that’s very true, Nancy. I won’t send them over there. π
Grand little post. Welcome to Florida. How long have you been in Florida? We have been here on the Space Coast for ten years and love living by the ocean!
Five years. Love it here. Always so much to see. π
Aaaaaaggg so mooi!
Thanks, Tina. π
I like Flopsy and Mopsy much more than Sammy, welcome bunnies x π x
I don’t know, Gilly. Sammy has the cutest face. π
Floppy an d Mopsy….no Cottontail?
Not so far. Two’s good, buy hree would be asking a bit too much. π
But they breed like…. π
Bwahaha Maybe next time i look out of the window. π

Looks like our place with the cotton tails and squirrels. Love these photos. Good luck with the painting-to your hubby! That’s impressive he’s doing it. π
Thanks, Paulette. Hubby is a one-man-band, and when the house is finished, he’ll be able to take all the credit. π
Ah yes, braggers rights. And well deserved! π Enjoy your weekend.
We have a lot of new baby rabbits running around our property too, Sylvia. I wish they weren’t so skittish. They are cute! Have a great Saturday. xo
So cute, Jill. I’ve only ever spotted one rabbit before, so was quite excited to see that he has a friend. π
very cute!
Thanks, Debbie. π
You really do live in a nature lovers paradise. A very happy weekend to you too x
Yes, I do. Thanks, Susan. π
