Absolutely BRILLIANT! 😀 Love it!! A creative nature-loving friend of mine made one for me covered in images of birds, alligators and sharks. THIS is taking it to a whole new level. Cannot stop smiling. Beautiful!! Wishing you a delightful weekend. Happy wandering!
LOL … only in Florida. My friend made me a walking stick with flowers and ribbons when I had my back surgery several months ago. I get more compliments and put smiles on many faces. Of course, I always tell them I use it to part the sea like Moses. LOL FUN photo …!!!! 😎
Yes, as you say, “Only in Florida.” Maybe we should start a company making decorated walking sticks and walkers. There’s probably a big market for them here. 🙂
Dang it! I could not think of any reason why not. 😀
Me neither. 🙂
Had mine been so festooned I probably wouldn’t have left it behind in the flat in Rome. 🙂
Haha I can’t imagine you as a little old lady. 😃
This is fantastic, Sylvia!
I love the “customized” look of that walking stick, Sylvia. Nicely shared and a great idea, too. 🙂
Yes, it looked so pretty. I had to compliment her on it…..and of course, ask for a photo. 🙂

LOL … Oh yes, I’m sure many would want one. Maybe, a decorating crafts class might be better. 🤗
What cunningly disguised walking stick. I’d have sworn it was a flower display had I not seen the post’s title.
Hehehe “Cunningly disguised”…….I love that. 🙂
Thanks a great walking stick! Definitely would rock that!
Yes, I’m sure. 🙂
Ha ha! How fabulous! 🙂
That’s exactly what I thought when I spotted her coming towards me. 🙂
She must be quite a character!
She did seem so. 🙂
why, you dont need a waliking stick, do you? It Looks cheerful, right, this walking stick, haha
Thankfully, no I don’t. Even my mom-in-law who is going to be 103 next month, doesn’t need one. 🙂
Really beautiful walking stick, great idea. Amazing photo Sylvia 🙂

Thank you so much, Paula. 😘 I know it’s going to be a lovely day. xx
But no sticks, not even decorated ones 😉
No, I’m not there…..yet. 😀
🙂 Thank God!
Wow what a brilliant idea, especially for a wedding, but actually why not everyday?
I agree. She’s just been playing cards with her friends here. 🙂
I bet that walking stick opens up a lot of conversations!
Oh yes, it stopped me in my tracks. 😀
Snazzy!
Great word for it, Nancy. 🙂
It certainly looks cheerful
Yes, it certainly made me smile. 🙂
What a great idea!!
That was my thought, too. 🙂
Indeed, cheerfulness is a good thing.
Isn’t it just? 🙂
Hmm, you’ve given me an idea, Sylvia, and my thumb stick shall soon be similarly adorned!
Good for you, Hariod. Glad you like the idea. 🙂
Pretty, summery and very cheerful!
That’s what I thought. It really gave me a happy feeling. 🙂
Now THAT is living! 🌸
I think she’s found the secret. 🙂
I’m glad you shared, now we all got a glimpse of it… 🙂

Thanks, Tish. You’re so right, because I’m sure that everyone she passed, had a smile on their face. 🙂
Someone is both creative and sassy.
